TWO QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF IN TIMES OF CHANGE.

March 27, 2023

As we evolve, we might begin to move into new styles and ways of creating, choosing, deciding, designing, flowing and attuning.

During times of expansion, check in with yourself by answering these two questions.

In doing so, you’ll allow yourself to intentionally transition into new behaviors that more closely align with your current needs and desires.

What am I trying to say?

How do I want to feel?

Intentional living and surrendering to the state of becoming, means allowing ourselves to take new shapes as we learn and integrate the wisdom from our experiences. You might be moving differently than you did before.

Checking in with your current values creates a unity between our beliefs and our behaviors. When our beliefs and our behaviors align, we experience peace and fulfillment.

We are then at ease to call in new relationships, experiences and opportunities to continue expanding.

We are always communicating. We send messages through tones, movements, colors… through our patience, the pace we set, our perspective and through the energy we bring to the world.

What have you been saying?

How have you been feeling?
