You will know which feelings deserve to be trusted and which ones reflect your past self, warranting no action for their irrelevance to your present experience. Do not allow your emotions to get in the way of all that you have.

Back to the basics is the move lately as we don’t need nearly as much as we think. Simplify with intention 🍃

nothing lasts forever - love it all while it’s here ... don’t complain, instead, find gratitude - time eventually runs out, you can’t hold onto it. How do you want to remember these days? If you keep wishing you were somewhere else, they’ll be gone before you even knew they were here. What you want is around you. See it. Feel it. You’ve already arrived. You’ll get wherever you’re going - that’s inevitable - but for now, you’re here xx

A beautiful part of the human experience is the flow of it; the forever changing and evolving of our natural selves. Sometimes we stifle this by latching onto traits that we feel define who we are. This sounds like... “I’m the type of person who...” or “that’s just how I am.” But we must remember that we aren’t 1 type of person. And that’s not just how we are. We have the ability to recreate ourselves by adjusting our behaviors, thoughts and choices every single day. Instead of justifying traits that no longer serve you, considering recognizing how this hinders your ability to expand. Let go of who you think you are to allow space for all of who you are meant to become.
